Summary of the position
As Children's Cancer CoLab's Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will create, manage, and deliver content across all digital channels. The role focuses heavily on social media but also covers website updates and email campaigns.
Reporting to the Communications and Development Manager, you will bring digital marketing expertise and creative storytelling skills to help raise awareness and support for childhood cancer research and innovation.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver digital content strategy
- Create and repurpose content for social media, website, email, and video
- Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Bluesky
- Produce short-form videos and engaging visual content using Canva
- Oversee website updates, SEO, and collaboration with developers
- Plan and execute email campaigns and grow mailing lists
- Use analytics to track performance and optimise content
What we're looking for
- 3–5+ years' experience in a digital content role
- Strong skills in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and CMS (Webflow a bonus)
- Proficiency with Canva and video editing tools
- Experience creating content for digital channels, including video
- Solid understanding of content marketing and social media strategy
The role
Casual position, approx. 16 hours per week, flexible schedule, plus NFP salary packaging benefits.
