**About the Role**

Reporting to the Social Media & Community Manager, we’re looking for a creative and social-savvy Social Media Coordinator to join our Support Office in Cremorne. If you have a passion for content creation, social trends, and engaging online communities, we’d love to hear from you.

As the Social Media Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in growing our brand presence and engagement across platforms, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You’ll be responsible for content creation, community management, and leveraging partnerships to enhance our social storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and publish engaging, social-first content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and leverage them to enhance brand storytelling.
- Manage community engagement by responding to messages and comments.
- Develop and maintain the social media content calendar.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging content and campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience: 1+ year of social media or content creation experience
- Attributes: Strong creativity and ability to identify social trends. Excellent communication skills and comfortable being on camera.
- Knowledge of the following platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, CapCut (or similar editing tool).
