This newly created opportunity will be pivotal in delivering our talent acquisition strategy, with a strong focus on partnering with the business and building exceptional candidate networks to source talent across Australia and New Zealand.

Working in the group central Talent Acquisition team you will take a strategic approach to identifying, assessing and securing top talent. It's about the quality not the quantity, so you will work collectively with the broader team to establish robust practices and carefully curated process that businesses rely on to find the very best fit for their team.

Proactive, creative and forward-thinking you will drive key strategic initiatives as we evolve our talent acquisition function, becoming a key influence in change adoption, while taking great pride in realising positive impact across our Group.

You'll have full accountability for attracting and hiring best-in-class talent for specific business groups/functions across Australia & New Zealand (ANZ), while always aiming to provide an outstanding candidate and hiring team experience. You will be a trusted advisor for Talent Acquisition, supporting all activities from sourcing strategies, employee value proposition (EVP) to onboarding the best talent.

Your natural ability to build relationships coupled with a solution-focus will allow you to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.  Demonstrated experience in an end-to-end recruitment role (RPO/In-house or Agency), with an ability to engage and influence a diverse stakeholder group, and a commercial mindset will place you in good stead for this exciting new role.

Please note that travel to divisional sites will be a requirement of this role.
