Role Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, providing strategic hiring advice, and driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates using diverse channels—job boards, networking, social media, executive search, and referrals.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for best fit.
  • Facilitate interview processes, negotiate offers, and oversee the onboarding of successful hires.
  • Build and manage client relationships, offering guidance on market trends, talent availability, and employer branding.
  • Mentor and supervise junior recruiters or recruitment officers, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10 to 15 years' experience in recruitment, with a proven record of successful placements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently or in a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Industry knowledge (e.g., IT, healthcare, engineering, etc.).
  • Experience in managing client accounts or business development for recruitment agencies.
