We're Vivanti — a data, AI, machine learning, and cloud platform engineering consultancy that's anything but ordinary.
Our mission? To help some of the world's biggest businesses unlock the full potential of their data and technology
Our vibe? Fast-paced, people-first, and a little obsessed with doing things differently.
We're building a place where brilliant minds can do their best work, keep learning, and actually enjoy the journey. Now we're looking for someone to help us grow — not just in numbers, but in culture, connection, and capability.
The Role
As our Talent Acquisition, People & Culture Consultant you'll be a key part of Vivanti's Melbourne team — championing our brand, finding exceptional people, and helping make Vivanti an even better place to work.
It's a role that's 70% talent acquisition specialist, 30% culture-builder. You'll run end-to-end hiring, from tech talent to operational roles, while also supporting initiatives that make our team feel supported, valued, and inspired.
If you thrive in a people-focused role where no two days look the same, this is your chance to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing tech consultancy.

Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from crafting compelling job ads to making the final offer.
- Build pipelines of cloud, data, and AI talent who are as passionate as we are.
- Work closely with hiring managers to forecast needs and shape recruitment strategies.

- Support onboarding experiences that make every new hire feel part of the Vivanti from day one.
- Work with leadership to deliver engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Assist in learning & development opportunities that help our people grow.
- Keep our culture vibrant through events, socials, and creative connection initiatives.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years' experience in technology recruitment either in-house/agency environment.
- Knows how to attract and assess talent — ideally in tech, data, or digital industries.
- Has a genuine interest in people & culture and knows how to keep teams connected and engaged.
- Can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
- Is confident working closely with everyone from junior hires to senior leaders.
- Enjoys being proactive, creative, and hands-on.
- Loves to inject a bit of energy, humor, and fun into the day-to-day.
Why Join Us?

- A people-first culture where your ideas genuinely matter.
- Impact – work directly with leaders to shape recruitment and culture strategy.
