We are seeking an experienced and driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join the Brandbank HR team on a
12-month fixed term contract
.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across our retail network, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the best talent in the market.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and has a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunity.

THE ROLE:

  • Partner with Retail State Teams and Hiring Managers to deliver seamless recruitment support across store portfolios.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from advertising, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination, feedback, and compliance.
  • Drive recruitment campaigns including Christmas and bulk hiring initiatives.
  • Proactively source talent and build pipelines through LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search, ATS, and other channels.
  • Represent Brandbank at university open days, careers fairs, and community events.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, recruitment metrics, and system compliance.
  • Contribute to projects across employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and process improvement.
  • On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 3-5 years' experience in high-volume internal recruitment or agency (retail experience highly regarded).
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS platforms (JobAdder experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences.
