Who we are
We're Symal, a proudly different group of companies with a story of significant growth, pushing what's possible as one of Australia's largest self-performing contractors.
We innovate with intent – problem solving and delivering the best outcomes to our partners, communities and each other - that's what has made Symal a success and will continue to into the future.
It's not what we do that defines us, it's how we do it, building better together.
The role:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a diverse mix of businesses across the Symal Group. Whether it's running graduate campaigns, hiring skilled trades, or tackling those hard-to-fill senior roles, this role promises plenty of variety and ongoing growth.
Your everyday:

- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that showcase why Symal is a great place to work.
Who are you?
- Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or a fast-paced operational environment.
- A consultative approach — you know how to balance business needs with a genuine care for people.
- You're a natural communicator who builds trust quickly and keeps everyone on the same page.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, effortlessly juggling multiple projects and priorities while keeping calm and focused.
- Behind every great hire is great admin — you keep our records accurate, our folders up to date, and our processes humming.
