We are currently seeking a
collaborative Management Accountant
with strong
TM1 skills
to join our FP&A team in St Leonards. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will work with the FP&A team, TM1 consultants and internal stakeholders to further evolve our enterprise financial planning platform,
IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
, ensuring high-quality financial forecasts, budgets, and management reporting across the organisation. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys system optimisation, stakeholder collaboration and business improvement.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing rolling and fixed-term budgets and monthly business reporting.
  • Progressing TM1 system enhancements and reporting needs.
  • Validating current incoming data feeds and testing future data feeds.
  • Delivering insightful reports and dashboards tailored to internal stakeholder needs using TM1 and related tools.
  • Enhancing and aligning hierarchies, attributes, and roll-ups within TM1.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support TM1 next-phase development initiatives.

About You:

  • Significant hands-on management accounting experience, including integrated planning, budgeting, and management reporting.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptive skills.
  • Proven experience supporting and developing integrated planning in TM1.
  • Experience working in large, complex organisations (Pharmaceutical industry experience advantageous).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Membership of CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent (essential).
