Join our dynamic team and take ownership of reducing overdue accounts, learning accounting skills, and assisting us in implementing best-in-class strategies to boost cash flow.

What You'll Do:

  • Follow up student overdue debts for payments
  • Drive collections performance in a fast-paced B2C environment
  • Work with debt collection partners to reduce overdue accounts
  • Analyse data and implement process improvements
  • Complete month end reporting and reconciliations supporting the Finance Manager

Key responsibilities will focus on debt collection, customer inquiries, and month-end reporting functions.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in collections, and basic accounting tasks
  • Minimum 1-2 years of collections experience is required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and collections best practice

Education & Experience

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–2 years experience in a similar role preferred
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Essential experience with Xero accounting software is required
  • Minimum 6+ months of Xero usage experience is required
  • Experience in Salesforce preferred
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
