We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Strata Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

In this position, you'll manage a portfolio of schemes delivering high-level service and strategic advice. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Providing expert guidance and superior service to a portfolio of clients

· Chairing General Meetings & Strata Committee meetings

· Preparing and presenting budgets for Annual General Meetings (AGMs)

· Overseeing the financial health of buildings within your portfolio

· Creating agendas and documentation for AGMs and committee meetings

· Managing repairs, maintenance, and service contracts effectively

Coordinating timely resolutions to enquiries

About You:

To thrive in this role, you will be a confident, proactive, and experienced professional with:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organisational abilities with a focus on timely follow-ups

· A sound knowledge of relevant NSW strata legislation

· Proven experience in client relationship management

· Solid financial and budget management capabilities

· A solutions-focused, decisive mindset

· The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· A professional, well-presented demeanour with strong verbal and written communication skills
