*Project Administrator - Infrastructure At Goodman:*
The role of the Project Administrator – Infrastructure is to provide comprehensive support and assistance to the NSW Infrastructure team in the delivery of large and complex infrastructure projects. This includes coordinating various project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication among team members. The Project Administrator is responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to keep the project on track. Additionally, they play a crucial role in maintaining project schedules, tracking budgets, and ensuring that all project deliverables are completed within the approved time frames and financial constraints. By providing this level of support, the Project Administrator helps to ensure that infrastructure projects are delivered successfully and meet the required standards and objectives.
*Day To Day:*
- General assistance to the Infrastructure team in all aspects of work
- Assist in actioning tasks necessary to obtain planning, infrastructure and development approvals
- Assist Planning & Infrastructure Manager with all administrative tasks to support timely infrastructure roll-out of our development landbanks
- Assist with the preparation and sign off on briefs for external consultancies, manage and liaise with consultants/contractors participating in the design and delivery of projects
- Assist with the review and preparation for sign off on tender packages for D & C Contracts and Construct Only Contracts
- Assist, and where directed, administer all aspects of the contracts to ensure compliance by contractors/consultants with the Management Company and Trust Company requirements
- Processing and coordinating with External Resources to action Contract Correspondence including Site Instructions, RFI's, EOT's, Variations and other contract correspondence as directed
- Complete Professional Service Agreements, complete Confidentiality Agreements
- Responsible for Project Document Management, including maintenance of existing filing systems and document registers, including filing of project related work
- Payment of invoices and management of financial accounts in Yardi
- Prepare monthly project cost report (with input from Planning & Infrastructure Manager) and cash flows for all active projects, including reconciliations of accounts, purchase orders and processing of invoices for approval, liaison with Finance team and other finance considerations as required
- Assist with organising meetings, meeting agendas, taking minutes, and issuing minutes as required
- Assisting with the preparation of completion documentation (O&M's, As-Builts, Maintenance Scheduling)
- General duties and day to day support to the NSW Infrastructure team
*Requirements:*
- Completed relevant tertiary studies in Building / Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Experience in the Construction, infrastructure or engineering industry
- Experience integrating project co-ordination, management methodologies, exposure to design with industrial, commercial, residential and mixed-use projects
- Experience representing both the developer and the builder to enable establishment of relationships with Subcontractors, Suppliers, Stakeholders and Consultancy organisations
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
