About The OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Project Administrator to work with our Project Management team. Reporting to the Head of Project Management, the Project Administrator is responsible for providing support the team and working collaboratively with other Departments and Stakeholders as required.

This role is permanent part time, 20 hours per week with the bonus that you can set your own fixed roster. This role can be done from either our Melbourne, Adelaide or Sydney offices.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day to day administration support as required to the Head of Project Management (HoPM)
  • Owner of the PM @Work Site, and the Central PM Function internal teamspace site – including undertaking regular maintenance and updates/redesigns/refreshes
  • Owner of the PM JIRA Service Desk – conducting maintenance, undertaking updates/refreshes, and monitoring/co-ordinating timely actioning of requests
  • Co-ordination of the PM Engagement Plan – contributing to the formation of the Plan, co-ordinating logistics for the various forums, engaging with stakeholders/presenters and managing the closure of actions
  • Issuing communications from the Central PM Function mailbox
  • Maintenance of the PM Community Master List, and associated Distribution Lists – based on new hires/transfers/departures, and engaging with PM BPs as appropriate
  • Ad-hoc activities as required

  • Organisational and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to work and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • A flexible and can do attitude
  • Computer literacy with intermediate knowledge of MS Suite, Excel, Word and Outlook along with SharePoint
