Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cadet / Project Administrator located in Millers Point, NSW. The Cadet / Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting project management activities including p
repare, and maintain project documents, contracts,
coordinating and tracking project timelines, managing documentation, assisting with client communication, o
rganise and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes
and liaising with contractors and suppliers. Additional tasks include overseeing the administrative duties of the project, ensuring compliance with policies, and contributing to the overall success of construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Team work skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
  • Degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Management or related field
