The Role

We are looking for a Senior Administration Officer to join our team of dynamic engineers, technical officers and administration staff.

The position is responsible for assisting the Executive Manager Infrastructure and the Infrastructure Department in the provision of efficient administration functions such as purchase orders, financial management, record management, customer enquiries and minute taking.

The position reports directly to the Executive Manager Infrastructure and will have the opportunity to gain valuable new skills and opportunities.


About You

The successful candidate will have experience in administrative processes and procedures and be proficient in office-based programs, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will have some experience in document and financial management. Experience within a Local/State Government organisation would be favourable but not required.
