ABOUT THE ROLE

This exciting position will offer the opportunity for the successful candidate to learn about the thriving commercial finance industry. You will be supported in learning applying the following duties to your work day;

  • Assisting in the preparation and application of lending documents
  • Follow up customer queries
  • Provide administrative support to the business development, senior management and administration teams
  • Ensure retention of existing customers and increase customer satisfaction levels

ABOUT YOU

  • Are enthusiastic with a desire to learn
  • Be comfortable in using computers with a basic understanding of MS Office programs
  • Are confident in communicating with a wide range of customers
  • Display a proven interest in creating a long term career in the finance industry
  • Be excited by training and career development opportunities
  • Have an ability to focus on details ensuring accuracy in your work
