Earn $70‑100 k installing blinds, awnings & security screens. Permanent work, tools supplied, trade crossovers & pro installers welcome.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same. You'll be on the road across Adelaide, taking pride in transforming our customers' homes and businesses.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Installing some or all of our range of premium products – from internal Blinds and Shutters to external Awnings and Crimsafe Security Doors.
• Being the friendly and professional face of Stan Bond, ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience.
• Solving problems on the fly and using your skills to ensure a perfect, high-quality finish on every job.
• Working closely with our scheduling and factory teams to keep the day running smoothly.
• Upholding our commitment to safety by following WHS procedures.

What You'll Bring to the Team (About You)

We're looking for practical, reliable people who take pride in their work. Ideally, you have:

• Proven hands-on experience in a related trade (e.g., cabinet making, carpentry, glazing, kitchen/bathroom installations) OR direct experience as a window furnishing installer.
• Confidence and skill using a range of power tools.
• A strong problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail – you're the type who measures twice and can't stand a sloppy finish.
• A professional, friendly manner when dealing with customers in their homes.
• A valid manual driver's licence with a clean record.
