Big Difference Home Improvements is a family-owned SA success story delivering custom verandahs, pergolas, carports, decking, outdoor blinds and roller shutters. Demand is strong and warm enquiries are flowing—we're growing our team with a high-energy salesperson who loves helping homeowners transform their spaces.

(This is an in-home sales role — you'll meet customers at their homes across metro Adelaide.)

Based out of our commercial premises in West Lakes, you'll join a fantastic team culture and environment with secure full-time employment and excellent remuneration. An exciting salary package—base salary + car allowance + completely uncapped commissions—with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $130k will be offered to the successful candidate.

What you'll do

  • Convert warm enquiries into delighted customers
  • Ask smart questions to uncover needs and shape the right solution
  • Prepare quotes, handle objections with confidence, and close the deal
  • Own the follow-through: accurate measures, tidy paperwork, happy clients

About you

  • Ideally, you've sold in the building industry or you bring a carpentry background—you can talk materials, measurements and buildability with credibility
  • 3+ years' experience in building/home improvements or aligned industries
  • Proven sales results and a healthy competitive streak
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and comfort with basic tech
