Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for customer service and financial administration? Join our dynamic Centre Management team as an Administration Assistant, where your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence.

Why You'll Love This Role: As the first point of contact for our retailers and guests, you'll bring the Vicinity brand to life through every interaction. You'll support the Centre Management team with high-quality administrative and financial services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the centre's success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering outstanding service at the Guest Experience desk and centre reception
  • Managing office administration including stationery, catering, mail, and lost & found
  • Supporting financial processes: invoicing, reconciliations, tenant billing, and reporting
  • Assisting with car park administration and public liability insurance tracking
  • Preparing tenant communications and maintaining accurate records
  • Stepping up to support the Administration Manager when needed

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in administration, reception, or customer service roles
  • Strong financial acumen with knowledge of accounts receivable/payable and reporting
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences
