
Senior Scheduling Administrator

As a result of our continued expansion, we're looking for a systems-focused Senior Administrator to oversee our daily Electrical operations and strengthen our business processes. This role offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate who can drive operational excellence.
This role suits someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, loves improving systems, and brings structure and energy to everything they do. Experience in administration is absolutely essential, and those with a background in scheduling, sales, construction or trades administration will be highly regarded.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Client communication (quoting, applications and status updates)
- Scheduling jobs and coordinating with field team
- Assisting with invoicing, quotes and job tracking in ServiceM8 and simPRO
- Maintaining files and records accurately
- Supporting compliance and safety documentation
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Providing general admin support to the Director and wider team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in administration or sales (highly regarded)
- Electrical or Trades admin, Contracts or Scheduling experience (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with job management software like ServiceM8, simPRO, or similar
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel and job management systems
- A self-starter, proactive, solution-focused mindset
- A friendly, professional approach with a passion for helping people
