  • Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative - Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with vehicle rentals, including bookings, pick-ups, and returns.
  • Provide information on rental options, rates, and insurance products.
  • Process rental agreements, payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues with a professional, solution-focused approach.
  • Support general office administration tasks including data entry, filing, and stock control.
  • Work collaboratively with fleet, reservations, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
