As a Community Engagement Officer you'll be at the forefront of expanding Dovida's reach—researching and building new referral networks, strengthening existing partnerships, and showcasing our services at community events and expos. As the first point of contact for clients and families, you'll provide expert guidance on home care options. Combining relationship-building, consultative sales, and outstanding customer service, you'll help Dovida grow while ensuring every client feels supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities
Grow our network – Research, pursue, and maintain referral sources to expand Dovida's reach.
Build strong partnerships – Engage with referral providers through calls, meetings, presentations, and community events.
Be the first point of contact – Respond to new service enquiries and guide clients and families toward the best home care options.
Deliver outstanding service – Provide responsive, empathetic, and professional support to clients, families, caregivers, and partners.
Drive results – Work with the leadership to achieve networking and onboarding targets while identifying future opportunities.
About you
Previous and relevant experience working with seniors or aged care.
Great customer service manner
Highly efficient and organized with proven time management skills.
Able to work under pressure and multitask shifting priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Administrative experience and competent in using computers and systems
Must hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence
