About the role
As the Mobilisation/Administration Coordinator at Hosch International Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our company. This Part-time position in our Osborne Park, WA office is responsible for coordinating the mobilisation of projects and providing comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure the efficient running of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing support as needed.
- Booking medicals for personnel, arranging flights and accommodation or site personnel.
- Coordinate site access requirements.
- Booking and arranging inductions and training requirements for personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to streamline operations systems to book and manage staff travel.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including document preparation, file management, and data entry and event management.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working within the resources sector, in a role similar to Mobilisation Administrator, Coordinator, Project Support etc.
- Experience using training, mobilisation or planning software such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, and INX.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn and use various software and systems
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in administration or project management would be highly regarded
