Job Overview:

Trademark Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnerships Manager to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our domestic and international partnerships while supporting the company's revenue-generating activities. As a Partnerships Manager, you will provide value to our members by facilitating introductions & meetings to assist in their growth, promote our subsidiaries, and engage with domestic and international clients to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Value Delivery to Domestic Members:
  • Facilitate valuable email introductions and connections for domestic members within the Trademark network.
  • Organise and manage meetings between members and potential collaborators to foster business relationships.
  • Revenue Generation:
  • Drive new business by attracting new domestic members to join Trademark's exclusive membership base.
  • Secure event sponsorships from domestic partners to enhance revenue and engagement.
  • Facilitate private delegations for international clients, helping them explore business opportunities in overseas markets, particularly focusing on Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
  • Promote and cross-sell services of Trademark subsidiaries, including marketing, logistics and business setups in Saudi Arabia and UAE, to provide tailored solutions for clients' international expansion.
  • Networking and Relationship Building:
  • Represent Trademark at after-hours events hosted by our partners and other relevant industry events, aimed at promoting the company's overseas capabilities and sourcing new domestic members in Australia.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to enhance Trademark's position in the marketplace.
  • Event Promotion and Attendee Engagement:
  • Actively participate in events or conferences that align with Trademark's business objectives, either to raise awareness of our offerings or to cultivate new membership opportunities.
  • Support the coordination of events that showcase Trademark's global presence and contribute to the development of strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Strong networking skills and a natural ability to connect people and organisations to create mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex business concepts, with a focus on international expansion, especially within Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving goals and targets.
  • Willingness to attend as required, after hours events, and business development opportunities.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the Australian business landscape, including domestic membership-based networks.
  • Knowledge of the MENA region (particularly Saudi Arabia and the UAE) and their business environments.
  • Event management and promotion experience, with the ability to represent the company in various external settings.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools to track partnership development and revenue activities.
