About The Role

This exciting role offers a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work closely with our Executive General Manager, playing a key part in driving success and making a real difference

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the Executive General Manager's calendar, emails, meetings, and time
  • Prepare and edit documents such as presentations, business plans, reports, and strategic plans
  • Brief the executive on upcoming meetings and events; liaise with high-level external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and minute-taking
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on meeting actions
  • Handle confidential materials with discretion

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proactively anticipates needs and takes initiative without direction
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities calmly and efficiently
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and experienced in handling confidential information
  • Builds positive relationships at all levels and represents executives professionally
  • Highly organised with excellent time management
  • Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
  • Reliable, calm under pressure, and able to prioritise tasks independently

Shifts & Hours

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (76-hour fortnight)
  • Occasional additional hours as needed

Experience Required

  • 3–5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar high-level administrative support role
  • Prior experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior leader
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate travel

Preferred / Negotiable:

  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector (a plus but not essential)
  • Exposure to board-level communications or multi-stakeholder environments
