Executive Assistant to Leadership Consultant

Casual | 10–12 hours/week to start | School Hours | Burleigh | Hybrid

We're seeking a proactive, articulate Executive Assistant to support a busy management consultant specialising in leadership development. This is a flexible, school-hours role for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys tech, and wants to make a real impact behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing calendars, travel, appointments, and workshop logistics with precision.
  • Structuring workflows, documents, and communications to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Supporting client engagements and leadership programs with seamless coordination.
  • Creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft 365.
  • Managing CRM tasks in HubSpot – updating contacts, tracking leads, and supporting campaigns.
  • Assisting with LinkedIn and other social media platforms – posting, engaging, and scheduling content.
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and a structured mindset.
  • Confidence and clear communication – both written and verbal.
  • Experience with MS365, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • A desire to contribute meaningfully while maintaining balance with other responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, consultants, or executives (preferred but not essential).
