As the Head of Segmentation & Reporting at a prestigious university, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative data strategies to enhance personalised marketing across key audience segments. You'll have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, leverage advanced marketing technologies, and drive actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop Segmentation Strategies: Lead the creation and implementation of omni-channel segmentation strategies across paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Drive Performance Reporting: Spearhead innovation in digital marketing performance reporting, leveraging data from CRM, CDP, and related platforms.
  • Lead Marketing Automation: Drive improvements in campaign and journey automation across key audience segments.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee outbound communications compliance with privacy regulations and ethical standards.

You are a strategic data leader with extensive experience in marketing technology, a track record of driving innovation in segmentation and reporting, and a passion for leveraging data to enhance personalised engagement in higher education.

You may also:

  • Have a postgraduate qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Demonstrate advanced experience in data querying, manipulation, and extraction for market segmentation and campaign reporting.
  • Show strong knowledge of enterprise data environments and marketing technology stacks.
  • Possess expertise in analysing complex business requirements and designing data-led solutions.
