- Lead transformative, integrated global alumni marketing communications to enhance our global alumni relationships and engagement as well as maximizing global university impact.

- Provide strategic leadership and advisory support for colleagues collaborating on alumni and donor initiatives and manage a dedicated Advancement Marketing team.

**Your next career opportunity**
As the Head of Marketing, Advancement at a leading global university, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen engagement with alumni, donors, and partners globally. You'll have the opportunity to l ead a team in delivering innovative, data-driven campaigns that align with the institution's strategic objectives. Your role will directly impact the university's advancement agenda and global reputation, making this a key position for those passionate about higher education marketing and stakeholder engagement.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement targeted marketing communications plans for alumni, donor, and partner audiences.
- Lead Lifecycle Initiatives: Drive communications strategies that support reputation, engagement, and donor acquisition goals throughout the audience lifecycle.
- Partner with Advancement: Collaborate with Advancement and Faculties to deliver integrated campaigns reflecting audience insights and brand messaging.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Lead the transition to fully leveraging enhanced CRM and CDP capabilities to enable relevant and effective personali s ed, data-driven engagement with our global audiences.

**You may be a great fit if**:
You are a n accomplished and strategic marketing leader who has extensive experience in higher education or complex organi s ations, excellent stakeholder management skills, with a passion for driving innovation in alumni and donor engagement.

**You may also**:

- Have postgraduate qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a nother rel e v a nt field.
- Demonstrate significant experience in leading high-performing teams in complex environments.
- Show a track record of developing and executing effective marketing
- Exhibit expertise in leveraging data and insights to inform audience-centric communications strategies.
