Are you an experienced Safety Professional ready to step into training and leadership development?

Due to growing industry demand, we're expanding our team and looking for experienced safety professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and shaping the next generation of safety leaders.

This is your opportunity to transition from the field into facilitation — delivering high-impact, nationally recognised training programs to rail and safety personnel across Western Australia.

About You

  • Experienced in Work Health & Safety, Leadership, or Operational Safety.
  • Working knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
  • Strong communicator with a genuine passion for mentoring others.
  • Committed to safety, compliance, and professional excellence.
  • Rail experience preferred but not essential.
