Cert IV Trainer and Assessor

ETA Training is a small family owned and operated training company specialising in First Aid & Safety courses. Our small business is growing and we are looking for a Cert IV Trainer and Assessor to deliver both face-to-face and online courses such as First Aid, LVR/CPR, First Attack Firefighting, Test and Tag Training (F2F and online), Working at Heights and Confined Space & Gas Testing.
A current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) is essential for this role. A background in First Aid and/or the construction industry will be highly regarded, along with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering engaging, hands-on training.
Initially we envisage the role to be casual with around 20-25 hours a week at our Wangara venue, building to a full time postion. The full-time role would include a vehicle.
The position is Perth based and would suit a candidate who is self motivated and likes to work independently. It will not suit FIFO or shift workers looking for extra hours as the postion is likely to become a full-time role.
