Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer/Assessor at Polyweld Tech Academy, located in Perth, WA, however w
e train accross Australia and off shore, the position requires travel.
. The Trainer/Assessor will be responsible for delivering accredited Polyethylene welding training courses, including Butt, Electrofusion, and Extrusion Welding. Additional responsibilities include conducting QA/QC quality inspections, maintaining training records, and providing feedback to ensure trainees meet industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Polyethylene welding techniques, including Butt, Electrofusion, and Extrusion Welding
  • Skills in conducting QA/QC inspections and maintaining quality standards
  • Strong communication and instructional skills for delivering training courses
  • Ability to maintain accurate training records and provide constructive feedback
  • Relevant certification or qualifications in welding and Cert IV in training/assessment
  • Previous experience in a similar Trainer/Assessor role is advantageous
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
