What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years' experience in traffic management or civil construction.
  • Current Main Roads WA BWTM & TC accreditation (or higher).
  • A passion for safety and helping others succeed.
  • Reliable, committed and reliable (yes we repeated that twice because that's how important it is) - we need someone who shows up, follows through, and can be counted on by both the team and our customers.

Either:

  • Already a qualified Trainer & Assessor (TAE40116 or higher), 
    or
  • An experienced traffic management professional ready to upskill into this role.

What the Job Involves

  • Delivering accredited and non-accredited traffic management training across WA. Enjoy working onsite at our North Lake and Bunbury training venues and also the perk of travelling across the state to our customers
  • Creating engaging, supportive training environments where learners feel confident. We don't do death by PowerPoint and find ways to include all types of learners into the learning experience
  • Assessing learners fairly and accurately.
  • Representing AusQ Training as a professional, reliable, and approachable trainer.
