What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years' experience in traffic management or civil construction.
- Current Main Roads WA BWTM & TC accreditation (or higher).
- A passion for safety and helping others succeed.
- Reliable, committed and reliable (yes we repeated that twice because that's how important it is) - we need someone who shows up, follows through, and can be counted on by both the team and our customers.
Either:
- Already a qualified Trainer & Assessor (TAE40116 or higher),
or - An experienced traffic management professional ready to upskill into this role.
What the Job Involves
- Delivering accredited and non-accredited traffic management training across WA. Enjoy working onsite at our North Lake and Bunbury training venues and also the perk of travelling across the state to our customers
- Creating engaging, supportive training environments where learners feel confident. We don't do death by PowerPoint and find ways to include all types of learners into the learning experience
- Assessing learners fairly and accurately.
- Representing AusQ Training as a professional, reliable, and approachable trainer.
