Your Role in a Glance

As an IT Trainer & Consultant, you will deliver world-class training experiences to our clients. Your expertise in any of the following applications will be key:

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • SharePoint Online (End User and Site Owner)
  • Microsoft 365 Apps (Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Lists, Planner, Forms)
  • Microsoft Power BI (including DAX)
  • Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, OneNote)
  • Articulate 360 (Articulate Storyline, Rise)
  • Outlook (with Time Management skills)
  • Microsoft Excel VBA
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Acrobat DC and InDesign)
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, workbooks for participants, and guides for facilitators.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an IT Trainer & Consultant
  • Proven track record in face-to-face, classroom-based end-user IT training
  • String business acumen to understand clients' needs
  • Experience with both online and in-person training delivery
  • Excellent communication skills – you're clear, empathetic, and engaging.
  • Charismatic and engaging personality
  • Willingness to occasionally travel within Perth Metro & Regional WA
  • Advocate for ATI-Mirage, driving referrals for future business

Desirable Requirements:

  • TAE40110/TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 app and Power BI
  • Microsoft Office Specialist certification
  • Experience in fee-for-service training
  • Experience working with corporate/resource clients and the government sector
  • Out-of-the-box thinker for innovative IT consulting
