We're seeking an experienced Office Administrator to play a key role in supporting our operations and keeping our team and projects running smoothly. The role is full time and based out of our Alexandria office.
What you'll do:
- Oversee office management, supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Provide admin support including calendar management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and travel arrangements
- Be the first point of contact for client enquiries and manage our CRM
- Proofread project reports for clarity and accuracy
- Coordinate fleet and equipment servicing and compliance
- Support process improvements and IMS/ISO compliance
What you'll bring:
- Experience in administration or office management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence with task/project management systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
