Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Office Administrator with bookkeeping experience
to join our Sydney team. This role is vital in supporting the daily operations of our
plumbing and infrastructure business
, handling administration, accounts, and job management through
AroFlo
and
Xero
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks using
    Xero
    , including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
  • Support job management in
    AroFlo
    , including processing work orders, purchase orders, and timesheets.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding accounts and project administration.
  • Assist management with compliance records, insurance documentation, and safety paperwork.
  • Prepare reports from
    Xero
    and
    AroFlo
    to track budgets, costs, and project progress.
  • Maintain an organised and professional office environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in
    office administration and bookkeeping
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AroFlo
    (job management system) and
    Xero
    (accounting software).
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in plumbing, construction, or trades industry (highly regarded).
