
Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced full-time Office Administrator to work with us by supporting customers, suppliers, staff and two Directors as we grow our small motivated team.
Mako Marine Centre is a front runner in the marine industry, providing boat painting and various shipwright services. Located in beautiful Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park at Empire Marina, Bobbin Head.
Responsibilities
- General office administration duties
- Daily management of accounts inbox
- Invoicing
- Xero accounting incl accounts payable and receivable, payroll, inventory
- Creating jobs and allocating staff via our CRM (Tradify)
- Onboarding of new customer accounts
- Issue purchase orders and allocation of costings
- Respond to customer and supplier queries promptly & professionally
- HR responsibilities incl job postings, onboarding new staff
- Business and accounting functions and month-end processes
- Assist with general ad-hoc office administration to support the Directors
To be successful in this role, candidates will need to have the following attributes:-
Office Administration experience (minimum 2 years)
Xero accounting (minimum 1 year)
Payroll (minimum 2 years)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Drivers Licence and own vehicle is essential to access our location
About You
The person we are looking for will be reliable, punctual and have excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise their workload and able to work independently & autonomously using their friendly and outgoing nature.
