About the opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and motivated administrative officer to join the Patient Services Team in the Ward D3 - medical and surgical ward who understand the importance of high-quality admin support and person-centred care in a dynamic environment. This role is responsible for the efficient operation of the administrative duties involved in the patient journey on the ward. You are required to provide support to other team members and actively participate in key activities of Werribee Mercy Hospital.

  • Full time with an ADO
  • Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm
  • Job share is an option
  • WMH

  • Experience working in a customer facing, fast paced and dynamic environment (essential).
  • Experience working in a hospital (desirable).
  • Strong person centred focus and excellent conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with iPM or similar patient management systems (desirable).
  • Demonstrated administrative and, Microsoft Office skills.
  • A motivated and "can-do" attitude with the ability to learn quickly and go the extra mile.
