About the role
This is a full-time Office Administration / Customer Service role with Knock-Down Pest Control, based in Belmore, NSW. As part of our customer-focused team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails from customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of pest control services
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all documentation is kept up-to-date
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and other clerical duties
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the pest control or services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Competent in using office software such as Microsoft Office
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure
- A genuine interest in delivering outstanding customer service
