Institute of Management and Computing Pty Ltd is a nationally recognised and CRICOS-approved RTO committed to excellence in vocational education and training. We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified **Trainer & Assessor** to deliver the **Certificate IV in Building and Construction (CPC40120)** to domestic and international students.

**Key Responsibilities;**
- Deliver face-to-face and/or blended training and assessment for **CPC40120.**:

- Develop learning materials and assessment tools in accordance with the training package.
- Thorough understanding of building legislation, drawings, permits, and site operations.
- Deliver engaging training and assessment for CPC40120 in areas such as; Building codes and standards, Estimating, contracts, and legal obligations, Site supervision and WHS compliance Planning and managing small-to-medium construction projects.
- Maintain compliance with ASQA and CRICOS standards (if applicable).
- Support students’ learning progress and provide guidance as needed.

**Essential Requirements;**
- **Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. TAE40122** (preferred) or **TAE40116** (acceptable if not expired)
- **Certificate IV in Building and Construction (CPC40120 or higher)**:

- **Minimum 3 years of current/recent industry experience**:

- White Card (CPCCWHS1001) if available
- Must develop and maintain a complaint **Training & Assessment Strategy (TAS)**and use validated tools per the Standard for RTOs 2025.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
