
Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee and coordinate the delivery of high-quality service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the service department.
- Supervise and support service staff to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Monitor service performance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
- Relevant qualifications in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
