Key Role Summary

This position represents a valuable opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the cohesive Outpatients Administration Team, facilitating efficient workflow and effective administrative functions every day.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain an efficient working rhythm in high-pressure service environments by supporting administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering queries, directing enquiries to relevant parties, sending and relaying messages, responding to emails, updating patient information in eMR systems, reporting service events, managing referrals, registering/discharging patients in eMR, scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
  • Perform critical tasks associated with the service, requiring strong organisational skills, effective time management, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
Essential Skills
  • Demonstrated sound organisational skills and effective time management.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and excellent customer service.
  • Effective oral/written communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with people across all levels.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Word, email, information systems (eMR), data entry, and attention to detail.
