
Support Services Coordinator

This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Outpatient Administration Team as an experienced administrator. As a pivotal team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing high-quality customer service and engaging with clients
- Responding to general inquiries and directing them to relevant personnel or resources
- Taking and conveying messages, handling emails, and updating patient information in electronic medical records
- Documenting service events, processing referrals, and registering/discharging patients in electronic medical records
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments, as well as performing other tasks associated with the service
