
Community Mental Health Services Manager

The Team Lead is responsible for leading the Assertive Outreach Team, providing clinical and operational leadership. This role oversees high-quality service delivery, guides assessment, case formulation, and treatment, and fosters a flexible practice environment with staff and external service providers.
This position requires a collaborative team leader who can manage and support a multi-disciplinary team in the provision of recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and treating consumers with significant mental health issues and disabilities in a community setting.

Requirements- AHPRA Registration in Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Psychology, or eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a clinical team
- Extensive experience in managing and treating consumers with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
