Office Administrator

This industry-leading, owner-operated company has been in operation for thirty years, providing stylish, tailored solutions for insect and security screens. All products are made in their factory in Hornsby.

They are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to be based at their office. The focus of the role is to coordinate administrative tasks, manage correspondence and records, and provide support to management and the sales team.

Duties include:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivables

  • Daily/weekly and monthly reporting

  • Place orders and liaise with suppliers

  • Organise freight both inward and outward

  • Schedule product installation with factories and trades

  • General Office duties

You will be computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Outlook. With the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people, you will build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.

You need to be

  • Organised and methodical, capable of multi-tasking.

  • Experience with bookkeeping systems such as Xero or MYOB.
