About Tailwind Nutrition Australia
Tailwind Nutrition fuels athletes, adventurers, and outdoor lovers with clean, effective sports nutrition designed for endurance and recovery. We're a small, passionate team with a strong presence in the Australian endurance sports community, and we're on the lookout for someone organised, adaptable, and customer-focused to support our operations across wholesale, customer service, and events.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role at the centre of our customer experience and online presence. You'll play a key part in delivering excellent service to our customers while also helping us engage with our community through social media and marketing initiatives.
Day to day, you'll be processing and packing online orders, responding to phone and email enquiries, and ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. You'll also create and schedule social media posts, support email marketing campaigns (EDMs), and contribute to marketing content.
We're looking for someone who thrives on variety, has a keen eye for detail, and is excited to combine customer service with creative content. You'll be working alongside experienced team members, gaining exposure across multiple parts of the business.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or administration (or a willingness to learn).
- Confidence in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and being on the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- A customer-first mindset with the initiative to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Bonus points if you have: basic knowledge of marketing tools or EDM platforms, an interest in content creation, or a passion for sports, fitness, or the outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & E-Commerce
- Process and pack online store orders with accuracy and care.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound phone and email enquiries, delivering exceptional service.

- Social Media & Marketing
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts aligned with our brand voice.
- Monitor and respond to community engagement on social platforms.
- Assist with EDM campaigns, newsletters, and marketing materials using our online platform.
- Contribute to content ideas, promotions, and creative campaigns.
- Track and report on social media and campaign performance.
Why Join Us?
- All training will be provided to you.
- Be part of a small team with a big heart and a loyal community of endurance athletes.
- A varied full-time role that blends customer service with creative marketing.
- Opportunities to learn and grow across customer service, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
