About the Role
As the eCommerce Manager, you will be the strategic leader of our online sales ecosystem — responsible for driving traffic, optimising conversion, and delivering seamless end-to-end customer journeys.
You'll oversee all aspects of digital trading, online merchandising, promotions, fulfilment, and customer experience while ensuring alignment with IsAlbi's broader business goals. Balancing commercial acumen with technical capability, you will champion innovation, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the eCommerce strategy to grow online revenue and market share.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of IsAlbi's eCommerce platforms, ensuring high performance, usability, and customer engagement.
- Drive website optimisation, digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and email marketing initiatives to maximise ROI.
- Manage the online product catalogue, merchandising, pricing, and promotions in collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
- Partner with Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Service to deliver a seamless order fulfilment and customer experience.
- Monitor customer behaviour, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Analyse data and prepare reporting on eCommerce performance, KPIs, and market insights for the Executive team.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated and effective outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing eCommerce platforms and driving digital sales growth.
- Strong background in digital marketing, trading, and online merchandising.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of SEO/SEM, digital campaigns, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics).
- Commercially focused with the ability to link digital initiatives to business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for optimising online journeys and delivering brand-consistent experiences.
- Resilient, agile, and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
