Ecommerce Academy is an Australian based e-learning company helping DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands grow profitably.

We are Shopify Experts and Klaviyo Partners, we support eCommerce founders through strategy, performance marketing, and coaching.

We work closely with business owners, not just running ads, but helping them make smarter decisions, build better offers, and scale sustainably.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote role for a highly skilled
Marketing Specialist
who is also confident in a
coaching position
. You'll split your time between executing marketing campaigns and coaching DTC founders.

You'll lead both
1-on-1 coaching calls
and
group sessions
. You'll guide founders on how to improve their growth strategy, optimize their marketing performance, and develop a stronger business model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
  • Build and optimize email flows and campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Run weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with eCommerce founders
  • Facilitate group coaching sessions for small groups of brand owners
  • Conduct audits on stores, ad accounts, and conversion funnels
  • Collaborate on campaign creative direction and CRO strategy
  • Track performance and communicate clear, actionable insights

Required Skills & Experience

  • Currently based in Australia with full-time working rights
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Facebook Ads
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Klaviyo email marketing
  • Background in coaching, mentoring, or consulting
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Confident presenting in both 1-on-1 and group settings
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization and eCommerce metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Highly Desirable (Not Mandatory)

  • Previous experience as a DTC brand owner
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Hotjar, GA4, and other eCommerce tools
  • Graphic design or creative direction experience (Canva, Adobe Suite)
