Ecommerce Manager

Born in Australia, now celebrated in New York, this elevated womenswear brand has grown from a bold idea into a global name. With headquarters in Melbourne and NYC, boutiques across Sydney, Melbourne, and New York (and more to come across the US), plus wholesale channels worldwide, it's a label that has redefined modern fashion on a global stage.
Now, they're searching for an Ecommerce Manager who doesn't just "manage a website" but transforms the online store into a destination—an experience as inspiring as the collections themselves.
This isn't a role for someone who likes standing still. It's for the curious, the detail-obsessed, and the customer-first thinker who thrives on balancing artistry with analytics.
What you'll be doing (in a nutshell):
- Owning the daily rhythm of the online store—launches, campaigns, collections, and content.
- Optimising product pages for conversion, storytelling, and search.
- Partnering with customer service to ensure every question has a clear, timely answer.
- Tracking and analysing online performance, then turning insight into action.
- Keeping Shopify humming—troubleshooting, tweaking, and fine-tuning.
- Aligning with marketing, wholesale, and operations to ensure one seamless brand voice.
What makes you the one:
- Proven Shopify expertise — this is non-negotiable.
- 2–3+ years of ecommerce management, ideally in fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
- A love of data, reporting, and finding the story in the numbers.
- Sharp copywriting skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Organisational superpowers—you thrive on deadlines, calendars, and launches.
- A customer-first mindset that sees beyond transactions to journeys.
- A proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait for opportunities—they create them.
Why this role?
- The chance to shape how a globally recognised womenswear brand shows up online.
- A seat at the table with a digital and creative team who thrive on innovation.
- The ability to make a direct, measurable impact on conversion, sales, and brand experience.
- A culture where creativity, strategy, and collaboration are equally celebrated.
- The opportunity to work in fashion that inspires, excites, and constantly evolves.
This is more than ecommerce. It's about crafting the digital heartbeat of a brand making waves on the world stage. If Shopify is your second language and fashion is your first love, the runway is clear.
