What you'll be doing (in a nutshell):

  • Owning the daily rhythm of the online store—launches, campaigns, collections, and content.
  • Optimising product pages for conversion, storytelling, and search.
  • Partnering with customer service to ensure every question has a clear, timely answer.
  • Tracking and analysing online performance, then turning insight into action.
  • Keeping Shopify humming—troubleshooting, tweaking, and fine-tuning.
  • Aligning with marketing, wholesale, and operations to ensure one seamless brand voice.

  • 2–3+ years of ecommerce management, ideally in fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
