We are a leading supplier in the building industry, providing top-quality materials and innovative solutions for construction projects. As we continue to expand our online presence, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Manager to join our team. They will play critical role in helping to shape and execute the strategy behind our online sales the way customers purchase building products online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online sales of building materials and construction products.
- Manage and optimise our eCommerce website for an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure the right product offerings and content are featured online.
- Lead SEO, SEM, and digital marketing initiatives to boost online visibility and traffic.
- Analyse website performance metrics, customer behaviour, and sales data to inform strategy.
- Oversee online inventory management and ensure that product information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Drive customer engagement through personalised campaigns and email marketing.
- Stay updated on the latest eCommerce trends, technologies, and innovations in the building industry.
- Ensure seamless integration between eCommerce platforms and ERP or other business systems.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce management, ideally in the building or construction industry.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms).
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of building products, materials, or construction equipment is advantageous.
