A growing Australian consumer brand group with an established global footprint is seeking an experienced eCommerce & Digital Manager to lead the next phase of its online growth.
With multiple household-name brands in its portfolio, the business has built a loyal customer base both locally and internationally. Now entering an exciting period of digital transformation, this newly elevated role will drive end-to-end eCommerce strategy, customer acquisition, and online experience optimisation across several brands and markets.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for building and executing a digital roadmap that accelerates online revenue growth and elevates customer engagement.
This is a hands-on leadership role where strategic thinking meets executional excellence — ideal for someone who thrives on creating impact and scaling results across diverse product categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the eCommerce growth strategy across multiple brand sites.
- Oversee performance marketing, SEO/SEM, paid social, and CRM activities to drive acquisition and retention.
- Manage website content, merchandising, and promotional campaigns to maximise conversion.
- Leverage data insights and analytics to refine customer journeys and online experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and product teams to align on digital initiatives.
- Drive CRM engagement programs that increase repeat purchase and lifetime value.
About You
You're a strategic, data-led eCommerce professional who knows how to balance creativity with commercial outcomes. You understand what it takes to grow digital revenue in a fast-paced consumer environment and can confidently manage the technical and tactical aspects of online retail.
You'll bring:
- 7+ years' experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, ideally within consumer or retail industries.
- Strong hands-on capability with Shopify (or similar platforms).
- Proven experience in SEO, SEM, CRM, and performance campaign optimisation.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and digital ad platforms.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A genuine interest in lifestyle, beauty, or purpose-driven consumer brands.
