Join McPherson's as a Health Channel Professionals (HCP) Engagement & Education Manager and champion the transformation of how we engage with healthcare professionals and partners.
In this high-impact role, you will lead the development and rollout of professional engagement, education, and advocacy strategies that build confidence, drive recommendation, and grow brand preference across our Health, Wellness & Beauty Portfolios.

At McPherson's, we proudly supply some of Australia's most trusted health, beauty, and wellness products. ASX-listed, our portfolio includes six iconic household brands: Manicare, Glam by Manicare, Lady Jayne, Dr. LeWinn's, Swisspers, and Fusion. With a strategic focus on expanding these brands, we operate across pharmacy, grocery, and e-commerce channels throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

With the business undergoing significant transformation, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of how McPherson's shows up in the healthcare ecosystem. You'll shape professional engagement strategy, forge partnerships with peak bodies and industry groups, and design education programs that elevate McPherson's presence as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals. Key Accountabilities:

  • Professional Engagement Strategy
    : Lead strategies that deepen relationships with HCPs, retailers, and partners, driving endorsement and advocacy.
  • Evidence-Based Learning & Differentiation
    : Translate professional needs and behaviours into impactful, insight-led strategies that clearly distinguish McPherson's products from competitors.
  • Education & Enablement
    : Design and deliver integrated education programs that bring science, product benefits, and patient outcomes to life for both HCPs and internal teams.
  • Partnerships & Advocacy
    : Forge collaborations with professional associations, pharmacy guilds, banner groups, and education providers to extend our reach and elevate McPherson's leadership in the professional space.
  • Data, Innovation & Trends
    : Apply analytics to measure impact, optimise strategies, and embed innovative platforms while scanning healthcare trends to bring new thinking and opportunities.

About You:

  • Proven ability to develop and execute professional marketing and education strategies within pharmacy and health channels.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian healthcare landscape, including pharmacy practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic, evidence-led thinker with the ability to translate insights into impactful professional strategies.
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer with strong advocacy skills.
  • Skilled in building partnerships and credibility with diverse external stakeholders.
  • Innovative mindset with appetite for new platforms, approaches, and technologies.
  • Leadership and change agility, able to embed new professional engagement practices across teams.
